Essential Skills Immersion Series -Teamwork Panels
Join one or all three panels this week as we explore the essential skills related to teamwork. Learn about Project Management as an Effective Teamwork Skill on Tuesday, Productive Teamwork Through Effective Conflict Management Skills on Wednesday and meet recruiters from PwC, Bank of America, GLG and Toyota Financial Services to explore Teamwork for the Future of Work on Thursday. Food provided!
Sharing Your Experience During Interviews
During job or internship interviews, you may need to demonstrate examples of when you’ve used skills and knowledge by sharing specific past or current experiences. Understanding why certain questions are asked can go a long way in helping you choose what to share.
- Schedule an on-campus practice interview: Try out your interview skills in a safe space! Some places that offer practice or mock interview resources include college/school career centers, the Public Speaking Center and Career Success.
- Practice interview questions from the comfort of your room: Big Interview has an extensive online bank of video interview questions and the ability to record your answers to help simulate a real interview.
